How We Maintain Quality
Every tool we offer goes through a three-month development cycle before release. The cycle starts with research: we survey customers, analyze support tickets, and identify the most common use cases. We then train and evaluate candidate models on a held-out test set of 10,000 representative samples. The best model is selected for integration. Once integrated, the tool is monitored for quality and stability for an additional month before public release.
We do not use customer content to train our models. All training data is either licensed from stock libraries, contributed by professional photographers under explicit terms, or generated synthetically. This is both a legal requirement (many stock libraries prohibit model training without a separate license) and a privacy protection for our users.
We publish a public roadmap and update it monthly. The roadmap lists the improvements currently in development and the rough timeline for each. Customers can submit feature requests and vote on existing requests. The most-requested features are prioritized for the next development cycle.
